Deposit: A 20% deposit will be required to confirm booking. The balance of the fee is payable at the completion of the airshow performances.
Operational & Support Requirements
Fuel: 15 gallons of 89 octane fuel
Hangar space: enclosed and secured hangar must be available upon arrival
Lodging: 2 non-smoking rooms (1 King, 1 any)
Ground transportation: 1 car or van
Performance/Presence
Length of act: 10 minutes
Presence: We arrive a day ahead of any scheduled events (i.e., if Friday is Media Day, we’ll be onsite Thursday afternoon).
Optional: Night Act w/ PYRO (can be performed at Twilight or Night; approx. 8 minutes of lighted aerial display; additional fee)

Airshow Liability Insurance in the amount of one million dollars is carried. A Proof of Insurance Certificate will be sent to the sponsor on request.
