We were selected by the “Totally Wild” host and crew to be interviewed during the Friday afternoon show, just prior to our Twilight show.
Here we are coming in for a landing after our final pass in which we deployed the Australian flag and thanked the Aussies for showing us a wonderful time in the land Down Under.
Plenty of military heavy metal was on display for the public to view and take a closer look inside.
In most cases, our escorted trips between the hangar and staging area were uneventful. In this case, however, each of our planes had to be turned off and pushed by manpower underneath the tail of this Qantas 747 that was sticking out over the taxi-way. The tail alone dwarfed our planes.
As we climbed to our maximum height just before going into our “Airframe Check” wing-overs, we got a wonderful view of the entire event site (of which only about one-quarter is included in this photo).
Helicopters flying in formation.
Saturday brought beautiful weather and the perfect opportunity for a great “Balance Check”, with leg up and both hands high up in the air.

Here's our balance-check maneuver on Sunday afternoon. Note the Boeing 757 (Royal New Zealand Air Force) in the background which took off just prior to our act.
In the media...
We made the front cover of the weekend edition (12 March 2005) of the Geelong Advertiser, with an article about us on page 4.
An article in the 14 March 2005 edition of The Age newspaper featured an article about Lee Oman and myself, it was titled Plane Madness High Above the Crowd.
My favorite quote from that one:
"Mr Oman says there are maybe 10 wing walkers in the entire US. Is it competitive? 'Well I'm the best - that's easy.' If [Lee] Oman is the best, Jenny Forsythe is chasing his crown."
